Anyone can be impacted by challenges and for our fellow Americans in CA, wildfires have made their challenges seem more than daunting. As a result, Rotary Clubs throughout our country, including those from our own District 7870, have reached out in support of those in the Greater Los Angeles area located in District 5280 to assist them with Rotary Disaster Grants and monetary contributions.
In addition, Rotary International has been supportive through partnerships with many frontline organizations. Some of these trusted partners include the Los Angeles Food Bank and the Red Cross who are extending aid to those in critical need. These organizations are on the frontlines, ensuring food, shelter, and emergency assistance reach the most vulnerable.
Anyone can support the CA Wildfire Relief Efforts through the Rotary Foundation, a 501(C)(3) organization recognized by Charity Navigator and receiving their highest ranking for fourteen consecutive years. The site specifically set up for support of these efforts is a vetted and dedicated to this cause ensuring that all contributions made are being directed where they are most needed. Here is the link:
