How to Propose a Speaker at Rotary
How to Propose a Speaker at Rotary
Have a great idea for a topic or speaker at a lunch meeting?
Thank you for thinking about proposing a speaker for the Rotary Club of Oakland!
To propose a speaker at Rotary, please send an email to Pat Williams ( Pat@oakland-rotary.org), and put Programs in the subject line. Then include a description of the topic, the speaker's name and contact info, and any other information or links that will help the Program Committee see if your suggestion is a good match.
The Program Committee meets once per month, and schedules programs two to six months in advance. If a similar topic has been presented recently, the Committee will save your suggestion for consideration later. Again - thank you for thinking of Rotary.
