Chief Rhodes graduated from New Hampshire Vocational Technical College - Laconia with an Associate's Degree in Fire Science and a B.S. in Public Service Management from Granite State College. Chief Rhodes served as a State Representative from 2008-2014 representing Nashua Ward 3 in the New Hampshire General Court.
